Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Supportgene Roofing wants supportgene.garden to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement explains how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What Are We Aiming For?
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
What Steps Support That?
We aim to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page layout
- Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move around using only a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label every form field clearly
Where Might It Fall Short?
Some parts of the site may not yet fully meet these standards. Material from third parties, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Is There Another Way to Get Help?
Yes. If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider in our network, or email contact@supportgene.garden and we will do our part to assist.
How Can You Send Feedback?
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible the site is. Email contact@supportgene.garden and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Is the Work Ever Done?
Not really. Accessibility is ongoing. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
